): The study concludes that the respiratory movement in different areas of the body can reveal no of areas correct or incorrect activity and the magnitude of movements .This reflects on working of neural energy which could be looked upon as ‘prana in yoga will help one to understand the concept of nadi sudhi ND Pranasuddhi’. Correction of breathing movements will necessarily influence pranic activity and the functioning of the internal organs neurophysiologic understanding of pranayama be advantageously used in developing and maintain psycho-physilogical balance.
